Background check information: We may collect background check information in order for a CRB / DBS to be applied. A DBS check may also be required depending on what type of cleaning may be found to be necessary for each individual client you end up cleaning for, this can also be arranged. Please be aware that this may take slightly longer to process. This may include information such as your driving history or criminal record (where permitted by law). This information may be collected by a vendor on ADS CLEANINGs behalf in order to confirm the necessary security checks before authorizing work for clients around the country.

Demographic data: We may collect demographic information about you, including through user surveys. We may also receive demographic information about you from third parties applications that we currently use at the time.

If changes to any applications change in the future we will inform you via email or text message so that you know what the next steps will be in order to help improve - better the company at a later date.

User Content: We may collect information that you submit when you contact ADS support to order stock, change details with us linking to any other means of contact including social platforms that are linked directly with us and other users.

Depending on the app services that we or other companies integrate into the app you use and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your precise or approximate location information as determined through such data by using GPS, IP address, and Wi-Fi.

When you download apps when working for us you must keep apps running in the background at all times in order for the applications to work correctly and for you to be offered jobs.

You must follow applications policies when also using their apps. This would help work in your favor as you will need to be able to sign into and out of the app when you start and end your shift. If your time goes over by a few minutes ADS CLEANING may not payout for this as they have set times for each customer as they are agreed in advance. If you go over your time significantly then we are likely to issue you the extra earnings as you may not have been late and you may have been asked to do more than what was originally arranged at the time of when the job was booked.

We collect transaction details related to your use of our services that are provided within an app, including the type of services you carry out for each customer and how they wish to pay for the job at the time. We log what type of job it was, date, time, who did the job where the job was - location and other minor details like code of receipt to trace back if necessary.

Our cleaners are able to clean your private domestic and commercial properties.

Our cleaners can hoover, sweep, dust, polish, carpet clean, remove chewing gum, clean kitchens, bathrooms, wash up, and much much more to help you with your everyday lives. We also offer a window cleaning service for all our customers for both domestic and commercial premises.

Each cleaner provided is likely to have slightly different standards to other cleaners that you may find useful in your local area.

We would like for you to review our business online which you can do with Facebook and Twitter. You can also email us at our normal email address printed at the top of our website and on the contact us page so that our reviews can be uploaded to our website.

If you wish to rate your cleaner directly that would also be acceptable by sending us an email we can make sure that we add your rating and written review to their profile.

We entice all our cleaners to be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy to all our clients who book cleans through us.

When your client isn't at home or at their place of work and they have given you a key to let yourself in to start cleaning you should make sure that you log in to the app if this is your first job of the day.

You should inform us if you have been left a key to the property so we know for future reference.

If something were to happen at the property you must inform us at ADS CLEANING straight away and we will reach out to our client regarding what the issue is.  This could be related to an item within the property or maybe if something is wrong with their animal.

We do our best to keep everyone safe and secure at all times and to also make sure that everyone knows what they are doing and when they need to do certain jobs. This way everything will run much more smoothly for all jobs carried out.

We may change our prices at any time, which will be changed on our website, we may also notify people via our social platforms - Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram of these changes as well as email or text messages whichever is preferred.

If you currently receive marking from us and no longer wish for these emails you should be able to click the opt-out button at the bottom of the email. If it isn't visible please send us an email at office@adscleaning.com and we will delete the email from the advertising database for you.

We try to provide clear rules so that we can limit or hopefully avoid any disputes between us and yourself. If a dispute were to arise it's useful to know upfront where and how the situation took place. We would require a full statement of the situation in order to understand both sides of the story to try and get to the best result possible for both parties, in order to help result in any disputes that you may have.

All our cleaners are advised to only use eco-friendly cleaning products when cleaning customers' properties. If a customer would like for their own products to be used the cleaner would be able to use them whether they are eco-friendly or not.
